VEGAN KALE CHIPS IN THE AIR FRYER

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch of kale, washed, dried, and stems removed
2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
Salt, to taste
Nutritional yeast (optional, for added flavor)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare Kale:Wash the kale leaves and ensure they are thoroughly dry. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Massage with Oil:In a large bowl, massage the kale pieces with olive oil or avocado oil until well coated. Massage for a few minutes to help tenderize the kale.
Season:Sprinkle salt over the kale pieces. Optionally, you can add nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor.
Air Fry:Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the kale pieces in the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer and not overcrowded.
Air Fry Until Crispy:Air fry the kale for about 5-10 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure they don’t burn. The cooking time may vary based on your air fryer, so keep an eye on them.
Cool and Enjoy:Once the kale chips are crispy and slightly browned, remove them from the air fryer. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
