VEGAN LATE NIGHT SNACK WHILE WATCHING BMF LOADED FRIES

Ingredients:
1 lb frozen French fries
1/2 cup vegan cheese shreds
1/2 cup vegan sour cream
1/4 cup sliced scallions
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup vegan bacon bits
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
Spread the frozen French fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
While the fries are baking, prepare the toppings. In a small bowl, mix together the vegan cheese shreds and vegan sour cream.
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the cheese mixture over them.
Top the fries with the scallions, black olives, pickled jalapeños, cilantro, and vegan bacon bits.
Return the loaded fries to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
