1 head cauliflower ( I steamed my cauliflower for 1 minute and then shocked it in cold ice water and dried them off)
1 1/2 c ap flour
1/2 c dairy free milk
1/2 c seltzer water
2-3T lemon pepper seasoning or to your liking
2 t black pepper
1 t dried parsley or fresh
1 t seasoned salt ( optional)
If batter is too thick I adjusted it with more seltzer water
2 c panko bread crumbs or more or less depending on how much you’re making
Lemon pepper glaze:
1 c fresh lemon juice
Pink Himalayan sea salt
Black pepper
Lemon pepper seasoning
2-3 T 100% pure maple syrup or agave you can adjust your level of sweetness you like ( I used maple syrup)
1 t corn starch
1 t water … make corn starch slurry with corn starch and water and then add it to the other glaze ingredients heat continuing to whisk until thick
Once glaze is done pour over the wings after you fry them and put in oven just to set the sauce on them
Vegan ranch
1 t Dill
3 cloves garlic
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 T parsley
1 1/2 t Apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 c vegan Mayo
1/4 c any non dairy milk
Salt , pepper, smoked paprika TT…..This is the recipe but I adjusted it a little with the seasonings and added more or less to my personal preference and the milk too, you can add less if you want a thicker dressing
