Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup plant-based milk (such as almond, soy, or oat milk)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the plant-based milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients and whisk until well combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Use a 1/4-cup measuring cup to scoop the batter onto the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Serve with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, maple syrup, or vegan butt
