vegan peanut butter cups

I made easy vegan peanut butter cups.
I suck at measuring things so i kinda winged it.
It was:
Almost a full bag of vegan semisweet chocolate
1 and a half to 3 (could definitely use less if you don’t like using oils or if you don’t like the taste of coconut oil) tablespoons of melted coconut oil
1/2 to 1 cup peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice (use less if you want less thickly filled more if you want them mega stuffed)
1. I just melted the all chips with 2 tablespoons coconut oil (i could have used less, my girlfriend said that she tasted a slight coconut taste. Not bad but in case you aren’t a coconut fan definitely use a lil less
2. Pour chocolate in a mini cupcake liner or if you are like me a full sized silicone cupcake liner for a mega sized one lol. Make sure you move it around so chocolate gets all over the sides of the liner and there is a little layer on the bottom as well. Freeze for about five minutes.
3. While chocolate is freezing melt peanut butter and between 1/4 tablespoon up to 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
4. Scoop as much peanut mixture as you want into the frozen chocolate. Then freeze for another few minutes.
5. Pour remaining chocolate mixture on top of the peanut butter. Let set about 15 minutes and then they are good to go!
