Ingredients

Pulled Jerk Jackfruit

Teriyaki Tofu
Mac N “Cheese”
Pulled Jerk Jackfruit:
540ml young green jackfruit in brine or water( rinsed)
2 tbsp oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger, minced
3 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp tomato paste( or ketchup)
2 tbsp Jerk Marinade
Teriyaki Tofu
Marinaded for 3 hrs
squares 14 ounces extra firm tofu, drained, pressed, and sliced into squares
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tbsp corn starch
Shallow fried then made the teriyaki sauce separate
Mac N cheese
3 Cups elbow macaroni prepared and drained (depends on how you like your noodles to cheese ratio)
1/4 cup vegan butter
2 tbsp corn starch
2 cups plant based unsweetened, plain milk
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups vegan cheddar cheese& Mozzarella grated
