Blueberry and Almond Steel Cut Overnight Oats: Ingredients:
1 cup steel cut oats
2 cups almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the steel cut oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup.
Stir until everything is evenly combined.
Add the blueberries and slivered almonds and stir to combine.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, give the oats a quick stir and serve cold or warmed up.
Peanut Butter and Banana Steel Cut Overnight Oats: Ingredients:
1 cup steel cut oats
2 cups almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the steel cut oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup.
Stir until everything is evenly combined.
Add the mashed banana and peanut butter and stir until everything is well combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
