Weight Watcher Chocolate mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: Fresh berries, mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Scoop the flesh from the avocados and place it in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the avocados.
  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides of the processor or blender to ensure everything is well combined.
  4. Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness or texture by adding more honey or cocoa powder if needed.
  5. Once the mousse is smooth and to your liking, transfer it to serving bowls or glasses.
  6. Refrigerate the mousse for at least 1-2 hours to chill and set.
  7. Before serving, you can garnish the mousse with fresh berries or mint leaves.
