Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: Fresh berries, mint leaves
Instructions:
- Scoop the flesh from the avocados and place it in a food processor or blender.
- Add the cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the avocados.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides of the processor or blender to ensure everything is well combined.
- Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness or texture by adding more honey or cocoa powder if needed.
- Once the mousse is smooth and to your liking, transfer it to serving bowls or glasses.
- Refrigerate the mousse for at least 1-2 hours to chill and set.
- Before serving, you can garnish the mousse with fresh berries or mint leaves.
