WW Big Mac Salad

Ingredients:

For the Salad:
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey or lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
For the Special Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or beef until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess fat.
  2. While the meat is cooking, prepare the special sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, sweet pickle relish, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red onion, and chopped dill pickles.
  4. Add the cooked and seasoned ground meat to the salad.
  5. Pour the special sauce over the salad and toss until all ingredients are well coated.
  6. Divide the salad among serving plates or bowls.
  7. Optionally, garnish with additional diced pickles or a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your Weight Watchers-friendly Big Mac Salad!
