WW Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Cook the Ground Beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned and fully cooked. Drain off any excess fat.
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, diced pickles, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Prepare the Egg Rolls:
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place it on a clean surface in a diamond shape. Spoon some of the cheeseburger mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
- Fry the Egg Rolls:
- In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Once done, remove the egg rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
- Serve:
- Allow the egg rolls to cool slightly before serving. You can serve them with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
