Ingredients:
For the Tortilla Bowl:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Cooking spray

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Shape the Tortilla Bowls:
- Place each tortilla in an oven-safe bowl to create a bowl shape. Spray the tortillas lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the tortilla bowls to cool.
3. Prepare the Waldorf Salad:
