Ingredients
For this Banana Pancake, we need the following ingredients

Banana 2 medium size, 1 1/2 banana mash and other 1 cut into slices
Egg 3
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon 1 pinch, crushed
Nutmeg 1 pinch, crushed
Cooking oil or used cooking spray
Agave spray 1tbsp
Blueberries 80g
Instructions
To make a fluffy and delicious Weight Watchers Banana Pancake, first, we take a bowl and add 3 eggs. Whip it well.
Mix the egg mixture with the mashed banana, vanilla essence, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Mix all ingredients until are well blended.
Now, Take a nonstick pan and coat it with cooking spray. Heat a nonstick pan at medium flame.
Once the pan is hot, we add 2 tbsp of pancake batter into the center.
Cook every pancake for 2-3 minutes, until the color changes.
After 2-3 minutes, flip the pancake with the help of the spatula.
To make every pancake, we will repeat the same process.
When the banana pancake is cooked, top them with raspberries, and sliced bananas, and pour in agave syrup.
Tips
To add sweetness, we use ripe bananas. Ripe bananas easily mash and make fluffy pancakes.
