Zucchini zoodles spaghetti with millet / Quiona balls

Ingredients :
4 zucchini grated with the grater( keep aside) I used the skin also.
1-2 thinly sliced garlic
1 cup cooked millet or Quinoa or rice
1/4 cup of chopped onions
1-2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
1 small purple sweet potato ( optional )
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method :
I made my millets balls in the air fryer you can deep fried or baked it.
Mix your millet and all the ingredients and make the ball and rub little oil to the balls and air fryer them for ten mins .
In a pan add 1/2 tsp of oil (you use any compressed oil) add the garlic sauté it for few seconds and add your zucchini and stir fry in high heat . There will be some water don’t worry , cooking in high heat it will evaporate . It takes 2-3 mins and it’s done.
For the sauce you can use homemade or store bought.
Platting :
Add the zucchini in the middle then add your spaghetti sauce then the millets balls add oregano ,feta cheese , Parmesan or any Vegan cheese your kids like and enjoy.
