INGREDIENTS

◾️8 fish fillets
◾️1 cup flour
◾️1 cup yoghurt
◾️1 tablespoon fish spice
◾️1 cup cooking oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

◾️Mix flour with fish spice

◾️Coat each fish with flour.

◾️Dunk your fish to liquid milk/yoghurt.

◾️Dip back into spiced flour

◾️Set it aside.

◾️Heat your oil.

(Shouldn’t be too hot.)

◾️Fry your fish till golden brown cooked and flaky.
