Air fried cauliflower nuggets

Ingredients:
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup of all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour if needed)
1 cup of plant-based milk (such as almond, soy, or oat milk)
1 cup of breadcrumbs (ensure they are vegan)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or olive oil for air frying
Instructions:
Preheat Your Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Batter: In a bowl, mix the flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to form a smooth batter.
Coat Cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it’s well coated.
Bread Cauliflower: Roll the battered cauliflower in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
Air Fry: Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the breaded cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Cook: Air fry the cauliflower at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown
