Air fryer Cauliflower Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower:
    • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. Coat with Sauce:
    • In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them until well coated with the sauce.
  3. Coat with Cheese:
    • In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese.
    • Roll the mayo-coated cauliflower in the cheese mixture, making sure each piece is well-coated.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Air Fry the Cauliflower:
    • Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer without overcrowding.
    • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket or tossing the cauliflower halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve:
    • Carefully remove the cauliflower from the air fryer basket and transfer to a serving dish.
    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  7. Enjoy:
    • Serve the air fryer cauliflower cheese as a tasty side dish or snack.
