Ingredients:
- 4-6 small to medium-sized potatoes (you can use any variety you like)
- 1 pound of your favorite sausages (such as Italian, bratwurst, or chorizo)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. You can leave the skin on for extra flavor and texture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Place the seasoned potato pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, shaking or stirring them halfway through to ensure even cooking. They should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- While the potatoes are cooking, you can prepare the sausages. Depending on your air fryer’s size, you may need to cook the sausages separately or alongside the potatoes.
- If cooking sausages at the same time, place them in the air fryer basket or tray, and cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes, turning them halfway through. The sausages should be browned and cooked through.
- Once the potatoes and sausages are done, serve them on a plate or platter. You can garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives for a burst of color and flavor.
- Enjoy your air-fried potatoes and sausages hot, perhaps with some mustard, ketchup, or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
