Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 8-10 slices of lean turkey bacon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Garlic powder, paprika, or other seasonings of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you prefer.
  3. Take a slice of turkey bacon and wrap it around each chicken tender. You can use toothpicks to secure the bacon if needed.
  4. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  6. If desired, you can broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes to further crisp up the bacon.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders as an appetizer, snack, or main dish.
