Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 8-10 slices of lean turkey bacon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Garlic powder, paprika, or other seasonings of your choice
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you prefer.
- Take a slice of turkey bacon and wrap it around each chicken tender. You can use toothpicks to secure the bacon if needed.
- Place the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
- If desired, you can broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes to further crisp up the bacon.
- Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders as an appetizer, snack, or main dish.
