These Baked cheesy scallops are made in under 20 minutes. They make the ultimate entree or even side dish to any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb scallops defrosted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dry white wine optional
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp paprika powder or to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper or to taste
- 1/3 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 cup for mixture and 1/4 cup for topping
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- fresh parsley for topping
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Pat dry the scallops with a paper towel and transfer to a bowl.

Chop and mince the garlic cloves.

Melt the butter in the microwave in 30 second intervals.

Add the lemon juice, white wine, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, paprika, Panko Bread Crumbs, parmesan cheese and melted butter to the bowl with the scallops. Toss to combine.

Transfer the scallops to a baking dish and top with more parmesan cheese.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. Broil for the last 45 seconds to 1 minute.

Serve your baked cheesy scallops immediately with fresh lemon juice and parsley and enjoy.
