Baked shrimp in lemony garlic sauce

Baked shrimp in lemony garlic sauce

This no-fuss shrimp dish comes together in less than 20 minutes. It also requires fewer than 10 ingredients, which makes it one of our favorite weeknight appetizers or light dinners. Simply arrange the shrimp in a pan, then pour over the lemon juice, butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon pepper, and ground red pepper. If you can’t find or don’t have lemon pepper, feel free to up the lemon juice and use freshly ground black pepper instead. Use as little or as much red pepper in the lemon juice mixture depending on your and your guests’s spice tolerance. A mixed greens salad or steamed veggies will help complete the meal.
