black bean burger

Ingredients
1 onion
1 sweet bell pepper
4 cloves of Garlic
1 chopped jalapeno
1 cup of chopped mushrooms
1 can black beans
Add in 1 cup of cooked brown lentils
Add 1 cup of vegan meat (beyond meat)
2 tbsp of veggie stock
1/2 cup quick oatmeal
1 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce
4 dashes of tobasco sauce
tbsp beef vegan bouillon
1 tbsp of Chili Powder
Remove from heat and add to a bowl
1/2 tsp of liquid smoke
Add in 1 cup of vital wheat gluten flour (or other flour)
bread crumbs
Add more veggie stick or flour if needed.
Aod extra seasonings as needed
Form into patties and chill in freezer for 15-45 mins
Heat any oil if your choosing on a flat top or skillet and
cook for 2 mins on each side.
