Brown Lentils soup with vegetables and cornbread

Ingredients
1 bag of dry brown lentils
I can of fir roasted tomatoes
1 can of okra and corn
1/4 bag of kale
1 container vegetable broth or chicken stock
3 carrots diced
1 onion diced
Garlic as many as you want
3 stalks of celery diced
2 pkg sazon seasoning
Creole seasoning
Dry basil maybe a tsp
Oregano seasoning dry 1 tsp
Sprinkle red pepper flakes
1tsp cumin
3 sprigs of thyme
All Purpose seasoning at the end to taste
Instructions
Prepare lentils according to pkg instructions
In pot add olive oil and Sautee Onions and carrots and celery for about 10-15 minutes
Then add garlic and Sautee 3-5 minutes longer
Add broth and lentils and seasoning except the All Purpose
And cook on low- medium heat approximately 30 minutes Add tomatoes and okra and corn and continue to cook on low-medium heat until lentils are tender…add additional broth or water if needed
When cooked add the kale and submerge into the mixture and cook another 5 minutes
Taste and add All Purpose seasoning or any season to your desired taste buds
