1. Mix Everything Really Well
When combining the ingredients, take your time to mix everything thoroughly. The mixture should look uniform with no white streaks of cream cheese or clumps of pork rind crumbs.
Use your hands to really work everything together – this helps distribute the ingredients evenly and ensures every bite will taste the same.
Pay special attention to breaking up any chunks of sausage and making sure the gelatin powder is completely mixed in. You might need to mix for 3-4 minutes to get
