Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. To hull a strawberry, use a small knife to cut around the stem in a circular motion, creating a small well in the center.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off.
  4. Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using the piping bag or Ziploc bag.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the stuffed strawberries for a cheesecake crust flavor.
  6. Refrigerate the stuffed strawberries for at least 30 minutes to allow the filling to set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy your cheesecake-stuffed strawberries!
