Instructions:
- Wash and hull the strawberries. To hull a strawberry, use a small knife to cut around the stem in a circular motion, creating a small well in the center.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off.
- Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using the piping bag or Ziploc bag.
- Optional: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the stuffed strawberries for a cheesecake crust flavor.
- Refrigerate the stuffed strawberries for at least 30 minutes to allow the filling to set.
