-200g dark chocolate (those who don’t like bitter can also use half milk chocolate)
– 200 ml liquid cream
– A tea cup of milk
An egg yolk
How to prepare::
1- First, heat the milk, when the light fringes start to foam, remove it from the heat but do not boil it.
2_- Put the egg yolk in another deep bowl and slowly add the hot milk to it and mix it constantly.
3- After mixing the two well, add the chocolate to it, mix the rest, melt the chocolate and let it cool.
4_ Meanwhile, take the liquid cream from the fridge and whisk it.
5- Slowly stir the chocolate sauce into the cream, mix it slowly from bottom to top, and don’t do it quickly with a spoon and don’t use a mixer.
6-When you mix the cream and chocolate sauce together, put them in a pressure bag and put them in enough small cups or bowls, if there is no pressure bag, put it properly with a regular spoon and flatten it and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
7- If you are in a hurry, you can put it in the mini freezer.
8- Before serving, decorate with coconut powder or pistachio powder and serve. Health and wellness.
