Ingredients:
1 cup Kite Hill unsweetened Greek-style vanilla almond yogurt
1 cup raspberries
2 squares 95% Lindt Dark Chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Process:
In a bowl, mix the yogurt and vanilla extract (if using) until well combined.
Mix in the raspberries to give the yogurt a nice pink color and swirl.
Spread the yogurt mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
Chop the dark chocolate into pieces and sprinkle them over the top.
Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
Break into pieces or cut into desired shapes.
Serve frozen
