Ingredients:
- Cream cheese softened 1/2 cup
- Whipping cream 1 cup
- Keto-friendly sugar/ powdered erythritol1/2 cup
- salt
- Fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup
- Zest of 2 lemons
- vanilla extract 1 tsp.
Instructions:
- Take a chilled bowl, pour the whipping cream into it, and then whip it until a stiff peak forms to create a light and velvet touch.
