Egusi soup! With Fufu

Ingredients
Palm oil
Large Red bell pepper
Small hot pepper
Large onion
5 garlic cloves
Shitake mushrooms cut in half
Eugi mix
Fufu mix
Some bullion style seasoning
Pulse veggies exept mushrooms with a little water. Heat palm oil. Toss in veggies, mushrooms and seasoning. Cover and cook over medium heat. Mix egusi and drop in. Continue to cook stirring the egusi to break it up. Add a bag of fresh spinach and continue to cook down.
