Red Stew Kidney beans cooked with finally chopped carrots, herbs garlic onions, and coconut milk
Dal- which is made with split peas, curry powder, cumin, and culantro, fennel and of course salt & pepper .
And lastly fried Plantains coated in cornmeal then fried in coconut oil
