Flavorful 20-Minute Northern Bean and Squash Stew

Ingredients:
2 cans of Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp Veggie Better than Bouillon (or vegetable bouillon of choice)
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 white onion, sliced
2 cups frozen squash
Optional: Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
In a large pan, add the rinsed and drained Great Northern beans.
Pour in 2 cups of water.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, and turmeric over the beans.
Add the Veggie Better than Bouillon to the pan.
Add the sliced green bell pepper and white onion to the pan.
Stir in the frozen squash.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
After 10 minutes, remove from heat.
