Ingredients:

1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener

For the Topping:
1/4 cup crushed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
Sugar-free whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chocolate Mousse:
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until smooth.
Assemble the Jars:
Spoon the chocolate mousse into serving jars or glasses, creating even layers.
Chill:
Refrigerate the jars for at least 2 hours to allow the mousse to set.
Add Toppings:
Before serving, sprinkle crushed nuts on top of each jar.
Optionally, add a dollop of sugar-free whipped cream.
