Keto Pizza In A Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (check for low-carb options)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni or your favorite pizza toppings
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Cauliflower Rice:
    • If you don’t have pre-made cauliflower rice, pulse fresh cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice. You can also use frozen cauliflower rice.
  2. Cook Cauliflower Rice:
    • Place the cauliflower rice in a microwave-safe bowl and cook in the microwave for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Alternatively, you can sauté it in a skillet with a bit of olive oil until cooked.
  3. Assemble Pizza in a Bowl:
    • Once the cauliflower rice is cooked, add marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and your preferred pizza toppings (sliced pepperoni or others). Mix well.
  4. Microwave or Bake:
