1 cup Almond Flour
1 cup Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
3 tablespoons Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
2 tablespoons Powdered Erythritol
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except the powdered sweetener.
Mix well, then use your hands to bring it together into a ball.
Divide the dough into sections that are about the size of 2 tablespoons. Roll and press it round balls – we got 14 balls.
Sift the powdered sweetener onto a plate and roll each of the balls in it, until covered.
Serve immediately or chill until needed.
