Lemon Drizzle Cake
I used a recipe found on another group, so thank you to the original poster! Reposted below
250g butter/marg
250g caster sugar
250g self raising/rising flour
5 medium eggs
Zest of two lemons
2tbsp of lemon extract/juice – you get two 1lb loaf tins worth out of the recipe!
Mix all together and put on bake setting (160D/320F for 50 minutes – AF300 Ninja)
Then make a mix of caster sugar and lemon extract to drizzle over the top!
Adjusted the cooking time slightly but it was SO quick to prepare and tastes amazing 🍋
I can’t seem to reply to any comments but I used the Sainsburys Loaf Tin 1lb and I didn’t line or grease the tins 😊
