Made some garlic knots

Ingredients:
1 lb (about 450g) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope about 8 inches long.
Tie each rope into a knot and place it on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each knot.
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and olive oil. Brush the garlic oil mixture over the knots.
Bake the garlic knots in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
While the knots are baking, mix the melted vegan butter, nutritional yeast (if using), dried oregano, and salt in a small bowl.
Once the knots are done baking, remove them from the oven and immediately brush them with the melted vegan butter mixture.
