Ingredients:

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute (e.g., erythritol, stevia)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for greasing the pan

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
