Onion bahjis

Ingredients
100g of chickpea/ gram flour
2 medium onions- one yellow and one red cut into very thin slices
1 green chilli diced- if you like spice keep the seeds
1 clove of garlic( I use my zester to get it very small)
1 tea spoon of ground coriander
1/2 tea spoon of turmeric salt to taste
Water
A good handful of fresh coriander chopped
Add all your ingredients apart from the water. Once it’s all well combined all little water and mix. You’ll need to find the consistency of a croquette. If you add too much water simply add more flour until you achieve the right consistency. You should definitely be able to shape them into the balls without too much work.
I use parchment paper to avoid oil completely.
I bake mine at 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit for 25/30 minutes. Turn half way.
Or you can fry them in vegetable oil. Should take 2/3 minutes.
