Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk or stir to combine.

Using a knife, score the fat, cutting through it about ½ inch down the end of the “fat” side of the chop. This is to prevent the pork chops from curling up when grilling.

Place the chops in a large bowl and pour the marinade over it. Use your hand to marinate well, making sure it is well coated with the marinade.

Cover and let it marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Heat a grill pan, melt some butter or add in oil.

Pan grill the chops for 5-7 minutes per side on medium heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 145℉. Use the thermometer in the thickest part of the pork chop without touching the bone.

Remove the pork chops and let them rest on a plate for about 5 minutes, then serve.
