    • Instructions

      • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk or stir to combine.
      • Using a knife, score the fat, cutting through it about ½ inch down the end of the “fat” side of the chop. This is to prevent the pork chops from curling up when grilling.
      • Place the chops in a large bowl and pour the marinade over it. Use your hand to marinate well, making sure it is well coated with the marinade.
      • Cover and let it marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
      • Heat a grill pan, melt some butter or add in oil.
      • Pan grill the chops for 5-7 minutes per side on medium heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 145℉. Use the thermometer in the thickest part of the pork chop without touching the bone.
      • Remove the pork chops and let them rest on a plate for about 5 minutes, then serve.
