Pancake
INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
250ml (1 cup) of milk
2 tbsp oil
4 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
METHOD:
Add egg yolks and sugar to the mixing bowl. Whisk with a mixer.
Add milk, oil, and sifted flour. Mix.
In another bowl, whisk the egg whites.
Mix with the first mixture and add the baking powder. Rest for 5 min
Bake in a pan. Drizzle with maple svrup and serve.
