Pico De Gallo

INGREDIENTS:
2 red tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
1 small white onion, finely chopped
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 t. (125 ml) chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 C. (15ml) olive oil
Salt and pepper
PREPERATION:
Placing all ingredients in mix bowl & blend well.
Serve chilled, with fried tortilla wedges.
