I saw these NoThun salads everywhere – it is tuna substitute with beans and other veggies as a salad. It’s great for a very quick meal on the go but I think its a bit bland and dry all alone – so I turned it into a refreshing summer noodle salad.
In addition to the NoThun, I also got some plant based salad cubes that I wanted to try – it tastes like feta cheese only without the salt and it is less crumbly.
I added also:
– 200g Farfalle noodles
– 1 big tomato
– 1 green and yellow striped tomato
– 4 sticks of celery
– 1 green onion
– 1 small red chili
– fresh parsley
– Salt, pepper, white balsamic vinegar, lime juice
