Ingredients
1 cup Shorgum millet( optional)
1 large sweet potato cooked and mashed
1/2 cup of garbanzo beans cooked and mashed
1/2 cup of finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup of corn ( optional)cooked
2 cups of kale blanched
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of coriander powder
1 tbsp of gram masala
1-2 tbsp chopped coriander and mint leaves ( optional)
Mashed and mix all the ingredients well ,make patties any shape u like.
Air fryer it with little brush of oil(cold compressed) for 15 mins, or shallow fry it.
Eat with burger buns or without as you wish!
I had it with cup of beet soup , veggie burger without a bun layered with purple cabbage and homemade sauce
