Vegan Air Fryer Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, water, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket, making sure to not overcrowd the basket.
Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower.
Set the air fryer to 400F and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired.
You can also add some of your favourite spices to the breadcrumb mixture, like cumin, or chili powder for extra flavor. If you don’t have breadcrumbs, you can use crushed cereal or crackers instead
