VEGAN BANANA BREAD

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chopped nuts, if using.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
