Ingredients:
1 prepared pizza crust (homemade or store-bought)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup Daiya shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Daiya meatless pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
Place your prepared pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the pizza crust with olive oil, then spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle the shredded Daiya mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
Add the Daiya meatless pepperoni, sliced black olives, and diced red onion on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the dried oregano over the toppings, then add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
