Vegan donut

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a donut pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Dip each donut into the glaze, letting the excess drip off, and return them to the wire rack to set.
