Vegan fudge brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted vegan butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Add the flour mixture to the large bowl with the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
Gradually pour in the almond milk, stirring until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
