Vegan peanut butter balls

Ingredients
1. melt vegan butter
2. Add peanut butter
3. Add dark chocolate chips
4. Add a hint of vanilla
5. When everything is melted and nice and creamy, taste it to make sure it’s the right amount of peanut butter to chocolate ratio. I like mine more peanut buttery.
6. Then you can add your gluten-free oats. I buy mine from aldi.
7.Stir. flip, mix until oats are covered
You will need to have a cookie sheet ready with wax paper of tin foil covering it.
8. Turn stove off, use a spoon to start rolling out balls
mixture will be hot so be careful. And you have to go a bit fast or the chocolate starts getting dry.
9. When you’re all done rolling the balls, place cookie sheet in the fridge until hard
I eyeball my ingredients when adding and taste for consistency
