Vegan Strawberry Bread

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup non-dairy milk (such as almond milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch loaf pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, vegetable oil, applesauce, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the chopped strawberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve!
