Vegan Thumbprint Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup finely ground almond flour
3 tbsp vegan butter softened
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Jam/ jelly of your choice
Preheat oven to 350°F , line baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix together almond flour, softened butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until a dough begins to form. It will seem dry at first but keep mixing.
Use a tablespoon to measure out the dough, roll each into a ball. Using your thumb press an indent into the cookies, place a small amount of jam into the center.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Take out of the oven and leave on baking sheet or 10 minutes or until firm. Move to a cooking rack.
I like to put them in the fridge after but you don’t have too.
